From Fragmented Support to Coordinated Care

Reimagining how schools, families, and providers work together.

Behavioral health support is most effective when systems communicate, collaborate, and operate within shared structures. Yet in many schools, support remains fragmented across classrooms, providers, agencies, and families.

This film explores the role of coordination within the Becoming U Behavioral Health System — including communication pathways, shared accountability, continuity of care, and school-community partnerships. By creating aligned systems of support, schools can provide more consistent, responsive, and sustainable behavioral health care for students.
