For a long time, I lived in that space.
I tried to “fix” myself — to think differently, be calmer, have more control — but nothing actually stuck. I would feel better for a moment, and then fall right back into the same patterns.
And honestly, it was exhausting.
What I eventually realized is that I didn’t need to fix myself.
I needed to understand myself.
I needed tools that actually worked in real life — not just advice, not just awareness, but real ways to regulate my emotions, break patterns, and build trust within myself.
That’s when everything started to change.
Now, I help others do the same.
Through Becoming U Wellness, I work with people who feel stuck in their own mind — people who are tired of overthinking, feeling anxious, and not trusting themselves.
Together, we focus on understanding your patterns, regulating your emotions, and helping you become a version of yourself that actually feels safe, grounded, and aligned.
My approach is rooted in what I call The Becoming U Method — a process that focuses on awareness, regulation, reconstruction, and integration.
