Becoming U isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness. It’s about learning how your mind works, understanding your emotional world, and building the strength to move through life with more clarity, stability, and self-trust. It’s about honoring every version of yourself—the uncertain, the overwhelmed, the healing, the hopeful—and recognizing that none of those versions were ever wrong. They were part of your becoming.
This space was not created in a boardroom or built from a marketing strategy. It was born from lived experience—from late nights spent searching for answers, from moments of losing and rebuilding identity, from learning firsthand how anxiety, burnout, heartbreak, and emotional overwhelm can reshape the way you see yourself and the world. Becoming U was created from the understanding that emotional strength is not something you are born with—it is something you can learn, develop, and build.
As a Mental Health Counselor, school-based clinician, and behavioral health educator, I bring together professional training and real-world experience to create education, tools, and resources that help people better understand themselves. My work is grounded in behavioral health science, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed principles—but at its core, this is human work. It’s about helping people make sense of their experiences, develop emotional stability, and rebuild trust in themselves.
Everything within Becoming U is created with intention. Whether it’s a guide that helps you understand your emotional patterns, a journal that brings clarity to your thoughts, or a resource that helps you feel less alone in your experience, each offering exists to help you build awareness, strength, and self-understanding. This platform exists to make emotional health more accessible, more human, and more integrated into everyday life.
