Zoomie is impulsive, brave, emotional, and learning as she goes — just like so many of us. She was written with one goal in mind: to remind us that we don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of love. We just have to be willing to pause, feel, and try again.

This little corner of Becoming U Wellness holds the story, the meaning behind it, and the growing movement around Zoomie — a story rooted in healing, heart, and helping others lead with love.

Zoomie Leads With Love is a beautifully illustrated, 50-page picture book for ALL kids (and the grown-ups who still feel everything all at once). It follows the story of a spirited little girl whose heart is as loud as her voice — and her journey to learning what it really means to pause, breathe, and lead with love.

This isn’t just a story about emotional regulation. It’s a love letter to kids who are told they’re too much — and a reminder that their “too much” might be their magic.
